echo. Posted yesterday at 01:14 PM Posted yesterday at 01:14 PM Hello, may I ask why account ichaox1 was suspended? Thank you! Quote
KazVee Posted yesterday at 02:45 PM Posted yesterday at 02:45 PM Your account was suspended as it contained Malware. Could you please provide more details on what you were hosting on your site? Quote
echo. Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM Author Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM It may have been some legacy experimental or learning code, with no intention of causing harm or damage. If it has caused any issues, I sincerely apologize. I kindly request that you remove the related files and help unsuspend my account. Quote
KazVee Posted yesterday at 07:04 PM Posted yesterday at 07:04 PM This support request is being escalated to our root admins for their consideration, since it seems you weren't entirely certain ("it may have been") what files you were hosting. Quote

Krydos Posted yesterday at 07:45 PM Posted yesterday at 07:45 PM Your account was hacked then. Our policy on hacked accounts is to require a reset which deletes all files and restores all settings back to default. Are there any files you need a backup of? Quote

Yes, please back up all files except for the malware, and I will handle them with care. Thank you. Edited 23 hours ago by echo. Quote
Krydos Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago There are 667 files on your account. I'm not going to look at each one to make sure it's not malware. You can have 2 or 3 files backed up. Quote

I completely forgot about it. Please help me delete it. It wasn't hacked. The file was a temporary script I created during emergency maintenance in 2021-2022, when cPanel was inaccessible and Plesk had not yet been deployed. It was recently flagged by the system. Since the file was created a long time ago, I didn't immediately recall it. 12 hours ago, Krydos said: There are 667 files on your account. If a reset is still required, there's no need to back up the files, as I have copies of the important files locally. Edited 7 hours ago by echo. Quote
