If I recall correctly, last time we did a reset you chose the free helioho.st subdomain instead of typing in your .com domain, and then immediately asked us to remove the free domain and make the .com your main domain. Rather than wasting a lot of our time you can just type in your .com directly if you don't need the free helioho.st subdomain at all.
