wolstech Posted Saturday at 02:30 PM Posted Saturday at 02:30 PM We didn't even see this until now since it's posted in a section of the forum that isn't meant for support (we don't monitor the General Discussion sections nearly as closely as we do the actual support sections). Moved to customer service. Is this issue occurring on your VPS? Or do you have a Plesk account with a different username? 9 hours ago, alkastraverse said: Me too 😭 For this account, there's two issues: Webmail isn't turned on in Plesk (Plesk->(your domain)->Mail Tab->Mail Settings->set Webmail = Roundcuble->Apply->Wait 2 hours Afraid.org is a known incompatibility with our service...it breaks basically all email related features among other things. For best results, use our name servers instead. If the domain is registered through them, I believe you need to contact their support to have NS records enabled so you use our NS. 1 Quote

It's pointless to spend 6 hours fixing all the issues. I recommend doing a free rebuild. A rebuild wipes all of your data, deletes the OS, and reinstalls everything back to the default state. Make sure you have a backup of anything you need prior to requesting a rebuild because once it's deleted there is no way to recover it. 1 Quote

Somehow if they wiped out. I'm in a big trouble. Quote

Krydos Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I already fixed like 10 errors and they kept leading to exponentially more and more errors. I'm not going to waste 6+ hours screwing around with it, and even then may not be able to fix everything. We're all volunteers and we don't get paid to work on your VPS. There are more important things like setting up the new Ricky server that would benefit the community more. You're welcome to hire a third party to fix the issues for you, but you're probably looking at $100+ per hour to fix issues like this. You're also welcome to start reading the error logs and fixing the issues yourself, but depending on your skill you may make things worse. It's really not difficult to backup your data and restore it after the rebuild. I rebuild my VPS every 6 to 12 months anyways just to keep them running at top performance. Quote
