[HH#228411] Re: Possible Terms of Service violation detected

Hi Team,

Apologies for the inconvenience. After seeing the conditions in the gist, I
got an idea of the reason for the violation.
? Multiple family members creating an account from the same internet
connection.
I have created an account for my partner using the same internet connection
I used for creating my account.
But both of our needs and uses are different, we come from a different
domain, just like any other two persons would have required your hosting
services separately.
Only difference in terms of violation I perceive is creating the accounts
from the same internet connection.

Kindly allow us to keep both the accounts as it would have been for two
different persons, I shall be obliged.

Thanks & Regards

The pending suspension forĀ horritz has been canceled as well. Thank you for letting us know the situation. I have made an exception in our system so you shouldn't get any more of these emails. If a third person in your household wants to make an account let us know in advance of the account being created. Thanks.

Thanks a ton for this, I really appreciate this. Sure, I'll let the support
team know in advance if anyone else from my household wants to open an
account.

Regards.
