I can't move to Tommy, payment get refunded

Hi there,

I am upgrading my account to Tommy server. I proceeded to pay using my virtual card, it got refunded so I used my debit card instead, the money got refunded again. I did it multiple times, but it keeps repeating.

You could either contact PayPal support and see what they have to say about it, or you can use this Stripe link to try to pay again https://buy.stripe.com/6oU7sNcs6207fjP1udco009 I understand that the Stripe link says $2 and the dashboard says $1, but the dashboard will be updated to the new pricing soon anyways, and I don't want to create a $1 Stripe link that will only be used once and then deleted in a week or whatever.

I think the issue is on my debit card, it always get declined anywhere I try to purchase online. I'll contact them first.

Would it be fine if I do bank transfer instead? I always got this card issue on my bank (never done successful purchase on that card).

I don't think that is possible through PayPal, but I think it's enabled on the Stripe link. If I recall correctly it takes 4-14 days to verify the bank transfer.

I also tried the stripe link on my first bank but it doesn't work, it getting declined too. I created another bank account, and used the virtual card on it. I tried to pay on the paypal page but it didn't worked. I tried the link you sent, yeppp—success!
