b0chard Posted July 25 Posted July 25 Hi there, I am upgrading my account to Tommy server. I proceeded to pay using my virtual card, it got refunded so I used my debit card instead, the money got refunded again. I did it multiple times, but it keeps repeating.

I created another bank account, and used the virtual card on it. I tried to pay on the paypal page but it didn't worked. I tried the link you sent, yeppp—success!

We would be really happy if you could click the link in the email to give us a 5 star review. It will only take you a couple minutes to write a sentence or two about your support request today, and it goes a long way to help us out. We recommend using the link that was emailed to you because 5 star reviews that don’t click the email link pretty much all get deleted. I have updated the remote SFTP already, the DNS records for SPF, MX, and DKIM are left to configure. I would like request to update those as well, if needed. Thank you! Edited July 28 by b0chard
