[Solved] no temporary directory was found for the file you are trying to upload

hi,

hust to let you know

sometimes when I try to upload files, first it says upload 100% and then an error appears no temporary directory was found for the file you are trying to upload.

I have tried different files, and time after and the same error.

this error happens only when using  the johnny ftp ,and not via ftp client-

Well...that's a new one. There must be something wrong with the Plesk file manager considering FTP works. Nobody else has reported it though. Have you tried another browser?

I'll escalate it to Krydos for you to see if he has an idea what might cause this, but if the issue isn't a simple fix or is just an internally broken user account, you might need to reset your account...

This was posted at 10:12am my time. Based on the timestamps, I'm guessing this was caused by Johnny's /tmp being full this morning which would cause that error. I cleaned it up at 10:47am and everything should be working again now. Let us know if it happens again.
