In the meantime an admin can add or remove domains for you. Just open a support ticket and let us know that your username is zerozero, and which domains you would like added. Krydos Posted July 16, 2025 Posted July 16, 2025 The domain has been added, but it won't work until you fix your DNS. The easiest way to do that is to set your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, but we also support external DNS, if you would rather set the A record to the IPv4, and AAAA record to the IPv6 listed in Plesk.
