It looks like you have a Tommy account, which is a one-time donation, and then you can use it for however long you want. You could continue to use the same Tommy account for free for the next 20 years without paying us anything else if you wanted to. If you have a subscription under a different email address please let us know, but as far as I can tell there is nothing to cancel. 1
