Hi,

I had the six-month payment for my VPS (VPS114) go through via PayPal. Unfortunately, while I get a receipt from PayPal, I don?t get an invoice from you. I need this in order to claim the cost back from the donation / support platform (think like Patreon) we use.

I looked on my HelioHost account (username is zakalawe@mac.com) but I don?t see any way to get an invoice or similar for the VPS.

Can you help with getting an invoice, ideally in a way that I can do myself so I can handle this automatically on the next 6-month renewal.

Ah unfortunately, what you sent is still from PayPal. Apparently I need something that's from HelioHost, requesting payment. Specifically it would need:

- HelioHost details (business address )

- service being provided (VPS server details)

- address to me (James Turner)

I suspect this might be a problem because it's only a recurring payment on PayPal.

I created a new invoice that should meet all of your criteria to get reimbursed, and emailed it separately from this support thread. Let us know if you need any changes by replying to this email. If you reply to the other email with the attached .pdf it probably won't work because our email system doesn't support attachments.
