Ah unfortunately, what you sent is still from PayPal. Apparently I need something that's from HelioHost, requesting payment. Specifically it would need: - HelioHost details (business address ) - service being provided (VPS server details) - address to me (James Turner) I suspect this might be a problem because it's only a recurring payment on PayPal.
