epicman212 Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Hello, I noticed that my maximum(or default) mailbox size on the Tommy account used to be 2GB, but now it’s showing as 100MB. I’m not expecting an increase or anything, just curious if this was a recent change or if something’s off on my end. Thanks in advance!
Unknown025 Posted May 17 Posted May 17 An administrator can look into this for you. It looks like your account storage space is still 2000 MB, so it might be an unintended side effect of the recent changes to email.
Krydos Posted May 17 Posted May 17 When we fixed the 503 error we uncovered some strange bugs in the most recent versions of Plesk which caused some permissions to disappear. We are still in the process of transferring people from the old broken plans to the new ones. You can tell if you've been moved by going to 1. Login at https://heliohost.org/login/ 2. Continue to Plesk 3. Account in left menu 4. Check Plan Name As you can see you're on an "old" plan currently. Also it looks like your mailbox size is unlimited, not 100 MB.

Thank you for that clarification! If you are implying that I should be able to change it, I am unable too, it says my default is 100MB and cannot gonna exceed that, If the issue is tied to the old vs new plans and should be fixed when I am moved over then feel free to correct me or just ignore this. Krydos Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Yeah, it's pointless to mess with it right now because you're still on the old plan and any changes we make may be reverted when you change the the new plan. Keep an eye on the Account tab and when it says "HelioHost 2000 MB" instead of "HelioHost 2000 MB old" then we can take a look at it if it's not fixed already.
