Permission Denied for Schedule Task Page

This appears to be an issue specific to Tommy. I'm not sure what the cause might be, but it could be related to our efforts to isolate the PHP HTTP 503 errors. I've escalated your thread so an administrator can look into this.

Yeah, it's a temporary thing related to our fix for the constant 503 errors we've been experiencing on the Tommy server. Scheduled tasks will be back soon.

HTTP 500 errors aren't related to the 503 errors. I'd recommend checking your error logs in Plesk.

Yes, the scheduled task is now appearing.

However, I am seeing some errors in the logs after the scheduled time.

Are you sure this is related to the scheduled tasks? I went to the URL and it timed out for me. Are you able to optimize your code so it doesn't take so long to run?

I have a query. I scheduled a task using a URL, and although I received a 200 response, the script did not start. There are no logs being saved to the file.

However, when I run the script manually, it starts successfully.

Why is this happening? Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
