shazee09 Posted Tuesday at 06:54 AM Posted Tuesday at 06:54 AM Hello, I am unable to access the schedule task page as I am receiving a "permission denied" error. Could you please let me know why this is happening? Thank you. Quote
Unknown025 Posted Tuesday at 07:35 AM Posted Tuesday at 07:35 AM This appears to be an issue specific to Tommy. I'm not sure what the cause might be, but it could be related to our efforts to isolate the PHP HTTP 503 errors. I've escalated your thread so an administrator can look into this. 1 Quote
Krydos Posted Tuesday at 04:56 PM Posted Tuesday at 04:56 PM Yeah, it's a temporary thing related to our fix for the constant 503 errors we've been experiencing on the Tommy server. Scheduled tasks will be back soon. Quote
shazee09 Posted Tuesday at 08:37 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 08:37 PM Best of luck and Many thanks. Quote
shazee09 Posted Wednesday at 07:50 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 07:50 PM Hi, I'm encountering a 500 Internal Server Error at https://shahzaib.heliohost.us/flasktest/. Could this be related to the Tommy server 503 error issue?  Quote
Unknown025 Posted Wednesday at 08:34 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:34 PM HTTP 500 errors aren't related to the 503 errors. I'd recommend checking your error logs in Plesk. Quote
Krydos Posted Thursday at 01:56 AM Posted Thursday at 01:56 AM Are you able to use the scheduled tasks now? Quote
shazee09 Posted Thursday at 02:23 PM Author Posted Thursday at 02:23 PM Yes, the scheduled task is now appearing. However, I am seeing some errors in the logs after the scheduled time. Â Quote
Krydos Posted Thursday at 05:22 PM Posted Thursday at 05:22 PM Are you sure this is related to the scheduled tasks? I went to the URL and it timed out for me. Are you able to optimize your code so it doesn't take so long to run? Quote
shazee09 Posted Thursday at 07:07 PM Author Posted Thursday at 07:07 PM Hi, I tried splitting them into batches of 100, but I’m still encountering a Gateway Timeout error. Do you have any other suggestions for running this successfully? Quote
Krydos Posted Thursday at 07:49 PM Posted Thursday at 07:49 PM If you need to run a long running background process that takes more than 30-60 seconds to execute I would recommend using something like this https://wiki.helionet.org/Discord_Bot Quote
shazee09 Posted 8 hours ago Author Posted 8 hours ago Hey, I ran it on my system, and it took about 30 minutes. I saw your suggestion about using a Discord bot, but I didn't quite understand it. Is there a simpler way to run my script successfully? Quote
shazee09 Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago Finally I made it successfully. Thanks a million. Quote
shazee09 Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago Hey, I have a query. I scheduled a task using a URL, and although I received a 200 response, the script did not start. There are no logs being saved to the file. However, when I run the script manually, it starts successfully. Why is this happening? Do you have any idea what could be causing this? You can check my scheduled task to review the URL. Quote
