degoo Posted Wednesday at 04:41 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:41 PM Dear Support, Please can you unsuspend my account. Account user name: degoo Originally the account was closed in error. I logged into the account (Plesk Control panel) a few days before the 30-day reminder. For some reason, my visit wasn't logged and the account was suspended. I asked for an unsuspension immediately, and got no response. I am receiving daily LetsEncrypt reminder emails for the account and I am unable to process them, because I am locked out. So could you please do one of the following: 1) Restore my access to the account. or 2) Delete the account. Thanks for your help, Jordan. Quote
wolstech Posted Wednesday at 05:41 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:41 PM Your suspension has nothing to do with inactivity. It's because you used a disposable email address, which violates our terms of service. Please provide a real email address (PM me if you wish to keep it private, or post it and we can edit it out afterwards) and we can update your account and unsuspend you Quote
degoo Posted 10 hours ago Author Posted 10 hours ago Hi, It is not a disposable email address. It is an alias. I apply aliases to every account I sign up for. Banks, cellular providers, airlines, etc. The alias forwards the email back to my primary email address. That way I can maintain my privacy and not have spam going direct to my primary email. Also, I can filter any spam messages based on which alias receives it. It is a sensible way to handle email accounts. Right now I could generate a fresh gmail address and give you that as my contact detail. Now that (gmail) would really be a disposable address. If my alias email is "disposable" then how come I am seeing daily "LetsEncrypt" warning email alerts showing up on it. Disposable = Use it once for an hour, and then it disappears. Alias: yncfvzbi@anonaddy.me Alias service: https://addy.io Regards, Jordan. Quote
Krydos Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago You've got to admit this does not scream "I'm a legitimate email provider" We see criminals, phishers, spammers, etc. sign up with email addresses that when checked have messages like this all the time. Unsuspended. Quote
