[Solved] Error Adjusting Outgoing Email Limit on Plesk

Hi,

I'm trying to increase the number of outgoing emails for the account hanu@thelema93.com.br, but I'm encountering the following error: "The value must be in the range 0..10. Only the Plesk administrator can adjust this setting." Could you please help me with this?

For us to increase the limit, you need to answer a few questions:

1) How many emails you plan to send per day?

2) Where you get the email addresses from?

3) How can recipients of your emails unsubscribe?

4) Do you have an unsubscribe@yourdomain.com address set up?

5) Do you have an abuse@yourdomain.com address set up?

6) Does each email have a link to unsubscribe?

7) Do you share or sell email addresses that you get?

8) Post an example of the messages being sent.

The restriction you're experiencing is intentional. We restrict the email service to 10 emails per hour and 50 per day to prevent users from sending spam or bulk email.

The questions posted above by moneybroz will need to be answered if you'd like this limit increased.

1. How many emails do you plan to send per day? A maximum of 50, but not every day. The idea is to remind my students about upcoming events and classes.

2. Where do you get the email addresses from? My app is used to manage my classes, so the email addresses are from my students.

3. How can recipients of your emails unsubscribe? Got it. I will add a link in the message so recipients can opt out of receiving future emails.

4. Do you have an unsubscribe@yourdomain.com address set up? If necessary, I can create this account. Otherwise, I will include a link in my app that allows recipients to opt out of future emails.

5. Do you have an abuse@yourdomain.com address set up? If necessary, I can create this account. Otherwise, I will include a link in my app for users to report abuse.

6. Does each email have a link to unsubscribe? Not yet, but I will add one.

7. Do you share or sell the email addresses you collect? No.

8. Post an example of the messages being sent. This is an example of the message I was using to test by sending it to myself. I will modify it to include the required elements, such as an unsubscribe link, an abuse address, and more.

Looks good. You actually sent 75 messages today already. Note that each recipient is one message (a single email sent to 4 people counts as 4 emails, not 1). Since you're only planning to send 50/day and you've already hit 75, I'll make the limit 75 so there's some room over the 50 you said. If you need more, let us know.
