i want to switch from free account to tommy .... the proplem is that i can't send the one-time donation of $1 from my paypal balance ....... paypal always ask for a credit card to pay .... can i send the $1 directly from my paypal account to your papal account?

You should be able to send the donation from your PayPal account. Please make sure you are using this link, for account moves: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/

After you click on the Tommy tile, you should see a blue PayPal button and a black Debit or Credit Card button. Just choose the blue PayPal button, and a popup window will come up asking you to Pay with PayPal, and login to your PayPal account.

If you still have trouble, please let us know what browser you are using, and what error message you are getting. If you share a screenshot that is in a different language than English, please include a translation of any messages so we can best assist you further.

i'm from egypt .... using chrome .... and i have a paypal balance on my account and i can send it to others

If the system won't let you use Paypal balance for a purchase, try sending the money manually. Try this link to send us money: https://paypal.me/heliohost Or you can try to Paypal the money using the email address admin@heliohost.org

Once you get the money sent, post the transaction ID here. An admin will need to manually verify the transaction and move you if you do this, so it may take some time for you to be moved.
