wolstech Posted March 15, 2025 Posted March 15, 2025 One of our other admins is trying to move the existing account to Tommy for you since you can't get a second one (you should have received an automated email about your account moving). Please wait until you receive a second email indicating the move has finished, which may take several hours.

wolstech Posted March 15, 2025 Posted March 15, 2025 Just an update on this. It turns out your Johnny account is corrupt and the move failed as a result. We've removed the broken Johnny account from the system and sent you an invite for a Tommy account instead. Please look for an invite email to complete the account creation process. If there was anything you needed from your Johnny account, a backup of the data from that account can be had at https://heliohost.org/backup/
