First, I ran a test on https://www.mail-tester.com/ and received a low score here’s the report: https://www.mail-tester.com/test-ui4zp5232 Then, I ran a process in my app that sends an email to each registered user after sending a few emails I got the following error: 554 5.7.0 Your message could not be sent. The limit on the number of allowed outgoing messages was exceeded. Try again later. A while ago, I opened a ticket regarding the outgoing email limit: https://helionet.org/index/topic/63444-solved-email-outgoing-quotalimit. After that, I migrated my app to Morty and changed the domain, so it's possible that the new limit was lost could you guys help me with these issues? MoneyBroz Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Your domain appears to be missing DKIM, SPF, and DMARC which would cause the low score in mail-tester. I'm unsure why you are getting the outgoing messages exceeded error, unless you are trying to send more than 1000 emails which is over your limit. I've escalated this topic so a root admin can further investigate this issue. Quote
wolstech Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago The subscription limit was showing 100 in Plesk even though our system showed 1000. I've resynced the two so it's actually 1000 again. Also, it looks like SPF and DKIM were either removed or never set up. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain covireus.helioho.st and covireus-api.helioho.st. We recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. Quote

Try again later While checking in Plesk, I saw this: The maximum number of outgoing emails is set to 10 by default, I tried to change it but I don’t have permissions Quote
Krydos Posted 37 minutes ago Posted 37 minutes ago There are 3 limits: Email address Domain Subscription Wolstech set the subscription level back to 1000, but didn't change the domain limit or the email address limit. They are all three set to 1000 per day now. Apparently the increased email sending limit doesn't copy over when you switch servers. This is the first time anyone with an increased limit has changed servers so it's good information for us to know. Quote
