If something didn't work as you expected, please do feel free to let us know some details about the issue and what you were trying to do, and we'll be happy to try to troubleshoot and try to resolve any tech problems you may be having with the VPS.

In the meantime, I've escalated this thread for the attention of Krydos who handles VPS requests.
