blgc Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Good day bro, I cannot seem to access our VPS using remote desktop, we had an error in connection earlier while I am connected in the VPS and now it shows this error Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons: 1. Remote access to the server is not enabled 2. The remote computer is turned off 3. The remote computer is not available on the network Thank you for your always fast response and resolution on my concerns Quote
Krydos Posted Friday at 06:03 PM Posted Friday at 06:03 PM @wolstech I was about to close this topic for inactivity, but took one more look to see if I could figure out which Windows Server VPS belongs to them. I still couldn't find a VPS, but I noticed this person has a Tommy account and a Lily account. I suspect they are trying to login to the Lily account with remote desktop. I'm pretty sure that isn't available, but maybe you can provide Lily support. Quote
