Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A

I used to have a vps account and a free account. I get warnings of no
activity on the free account (user - marcborgo1) and have used it off and
on. I then remembered I had paid for a vps account years ago. I guessed at
my old vps user (leehelm) and reset the password since I knew the email
address (leehelm1952@gmail.com). I found I can still get to it" May
question is how am I paying for it? I got to the VPS Dashboard and didn't
see the payment method. I was able to ssh into the server. I have 4 hobby
domains at a shared hosting provider that expires Feb 22. I would like to
load the domains to your VPS account I have and point domain to your name
servers. . Can I point multiple websites to the VPS machine? I know there
is no GUI Plesk or anything but I want to load a Ubuntu Server VM at home
and setup Apache/PHP here at home without any GUI, just cli and ssh. Once
sites are debugged at home, I can then transfer to your vps when I have it
running.

I totally switched banks a few years ago so I am surprised that any credit
card still works. Let me know how to setup a new payment method. my
account details are:

*free account:*
marcborgo1
email:
marcborgo@gensal.com

*vps account:*
leehelm
email:
leehelm1952@gmail.com

Also, if all is well with the VPS machine, can you reset it (delete all
content) so I can start fresh?

Thanks,
Marc Borgo

Yes, we still have your VPS running, and everything looks good.

It looks like you signed up for the VPS onĀ 2024-04-17 with the 6 month billing, so it billed a second time on 2024-10-17, and you're paid in full until 2025-04-17 when it is scheduled to bill a third time. If the payment doesn't go through we will email you to let you know, and give you a link to renew if you want. PayPal doesn't really give us any details about which card you're using or which bank account is linked to your PayPal account, so we can't help with that, but the email address is the same gensal.com one you listed above. Maybe you can try logging in to the PayPal account to see what is going on with it.

I have started your VPS rebuilding as requested, and you'll get an email in a bit when it is finished.

Yes, you can host as many domains as you want on your VPS. The plan you have has 100 GB storage, so after the OS and web server software you will probably have about 90 GB of space for websites. You can use our nameservers if you want, which are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, but there is currently no way for you to edit records directly. You would need to email us each time you wanted to make a DNS change. We also support any external DNS, Cloudflare is a popular free choice, which would allow you to edit DNS yourself.

Let us know how we can help, and welcome back.
