[Solved] Enable remote access for 2 databases: postgre and MariaDB

I'm Paul Cordova
my account is: paulcordova
my server is tommy2.heliohost.org
I have two databases
paulcordova__northwind_mysql
paulcordova_northwind_pg

But I can't access them remotely
Context: months ago when I created my account on Helio, my son Cristobal did the same thing, for a university lab
You thought I had created two accounts and banned me and my son
I wrote you an email explaining the situation, and you fixed it, and enabled access from another IP, since I didn't need access from my home. And I was able to access the database and everything was fine
BUT
Now I'm at home again and I can't access both databases.

For the mariaDb database I enabled the option
"Allow remote connections from any host" for the user paulcordova_mys01, but it doesn't work

For the Postgre database, I can't do it from the panel

Please, I would appreciate it if you could check and enable remote access for these two databases

Krydos can set up the Postgres access.

As for Maria DB, you need to use tommy.heliohost.org for the host name, not tommy2.heliohost.org. Tommy2 has been retired.
