doctypehtml5 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Hello! My Johnny account was suspended due to exceeding the disk space limit. Is it possible to restore access to the account by freeing up disk space, for example by deleting some backups? And if so, how can I do this? My backup section is no longer accessible
Unknown025 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 An administrator can certainly do this for you. I've escalated your request so they can help you out. 1
Krydos Posted January 20 Posted January 20 59 MB of content and 950 MB of backups... If you set up automated backups, and never delete any of them, they eventually fill your entire account. We recommend downloading them and deleting them from the server. Can you login now? 1
Krydos Posted January 20 Posted January 20 The other thing I noticed is you set your contact email to an address hosted on your HelioHost account. This is the equivalent of locking your spare car keys inside your car. If you lose access to your account and can't check your email how do you expect to be able to reset your password and regain access to your account? 1

Yes, I will avoid my mistake in the future. All backups were already preloaded, so now everything is perfect. Thanks for your help! Edited January 20 by doctypehtml5

Oh, I probably didn't notice that when registering. Thanks for your attentiveness! I will fix it soon

I just checked - everything is fine and there is no such problem as you described. The password reset email is accessible to me and is external. Although of course maybe I misunderstood your words
Krydos Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I already changed your email address back to the one you created your account with before I even posted that. 1
