That account is suspended for Phishing.

To elaborate on this one, it's banned for phishing because a fake DHL site was discovered on your account in ~httpdocs/gtd/

HelioHost has a zero tolerance policy for phishing, and permanently bans any account engaged in phishing activity. If you didn't put it there, your account was compromised and the hacker put a phishing site up. 

Either way, it cannot be unsuspended. If you want another account, we can reset your account without a backup (which deletes your data), and you're welcome to start over.

but what about the contents of my site .... i didn't put this : httpdocs/gtd/ and i dont know that it was in my site

There is a backup in there from July 25 before this happened that you can download at https://heliohost.org/backup/

Unfortunately, this does mean you’ll lose the past six months worth of data. 

We cannot back up or unsuspend accounts that contain phishing content because doing so would give you access to the stolen data.

i downloaded the backup ... can you reset my account to that backup? .... thanks alot for your help

Your account has been rolled back to July 25, 2024 to remove the phishing content. It should be ready in a little while, and will probably take 2 hours for the domain to work once it restores. You may receive an email regarding your account being unarchived.

I would advise resetting the password and installing the latest updates for all software you have installed on your account (Joomla it looks like in your case) to make sure your account is secure.
