[Krydos] Account suspension

Respected heliohost team , why my account is suspended as my all projects are fair and I am making them for my school project and it include codeeditor, school website, and my own web project. Why my account is suspended?? Please unsuspended my account t so that I can get all files code again and then you can again suspend it ...I require my work projects it take time and hardship to write such beautiful code and ui and logics.please it's urgent🙏

You're suspended for spamming the discord chat. Krydos will have more information since he's the one who suspended you.

I just send my website Info twice in discord chat  because when I send my message it suddenly disappears and I thought it may be unsend automatically so I send it again ...is it is spam and also at that time krydos message was not shown on screen to send my website info on other channel ....is this is spam...!! When krdyos change its strict policies...please unsuspend my account as I have important code and files which I have hosted on my account 🙏

I'm leaving this up to Krydos because he was the one who suspended you and I didn't see the original posts. From what you explained, you admitted to advertising/spamming, but it also sounds like your client lagged and the spam posted more than once. It can take anywhere from a few hours to several days to receive a response from him. We're all volunteers and aren't available all the time.

Also, please do not PM administrators without permission in the future.

Last query! Can you personally send my message to krydos .as I believe you are known of krydos and can talk to krydos personally..

No you can't. He expressly does not accept PMs or other direct contact (this is why you couldn't PM him when you tried that earlier, he has PMs disabled to prevent users like you from contacting him that way). I don't accept support by PM either, though I do have my messenger enabled because there are things I need it for from time to time.

All requests for support MUST be through the public forum or Discord channel unless approved beforehand by the admin you're contacting. Doing otherwise may subject you to a ban for harassing staff.

I told you not to spam #general with non-support related messages, and deleted your messages. You spammed your website 3 or 4 times after I warned you, so your account was suspended.

If we unsuspend you will you read messages that admin send you, and follow the rules? Both the Discord rules and hosting accounts terms of service say you cannot spam.
