I removed dev.hhfn.org.bd as requested. Since deleting domains deletes the files for that domain, I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup

To remove and re-add the next.msbsu.com domain would only risk deletion of the files in that folder and make the domain inaccessible for up to 2 hours. If you're trying to free up space in that domain's files, please delete them manually.

I think there is a problem with the domain next.msbsu.com as I just installed a script from softaculous and I can't access the site . It shows the following problem. If removing and again adding solves it, plz do that.

Per your request, I have removed and re-added the next subdomain, please also give it an entire 2 hours to work fully. When domains are deleted, their files are also deleted. I took a backup before the delete, so in case you need any files from the old domain. If you continue to have issues with the Softaculous install, please create a new topic for the issue, since this thread was for 'add a domain' and has been marked as [Solved]. In the new topic please make sure to provide 1) the name of the software package you're trying to install, 2) the settings you used (if different from the defaults) when installing it, and 3) any error messages seen during the install inside Softaculous.
