You were not sent an invite because generally when the same PayPal account makes two donations, it means that 1 person is trying to make more than 1 account. The first line in our terms of service is

Each person is allowed to have one account unless permitted in writing by an administrator of HelioHost.

It would be kind of cruel for us to allow you to create 2 accounts, and then immediately suspend them both for breaking our terms of service.

Since you already mentioned that the second account is for your brother that is ok though. Let us know the email address that belongs to your brother and we can manually send the invite.
