You're suspended for having more than one account. You're only allowed to have one account.

Our system indicates that both of these accounts were created and are being used by the same person. Also, managing an account on behalf of another person is the same thing as having two accounts and is prohibited.

Are you able to prove there are actually two separate people here?

Firstly, I have been using my wxxle account for a long time. If I want to apply for other accounts, I don't have to wait too long to apply.

Secondly, the email addresses of the two individuals are different (both email addresses belong to Tencent, the largest technology company in China, and each account requires real name authentication and phone number authentication. Each ID card and phone number can only authenticate one account)

Thirdly, we all belong to the same company. I can show you our company's business license (attached for upload). Many of our application materials are similar.

If this situation cannot be avoided, then I am truly sorry. I just discussed with my colleague and if possible, he is willing to give up his account and let my account be restored. thank you.
