azr05ljqe04 Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Good evening, on October 8th of this year I signed up for the Mercury VPS plan (Screenshot 1), for which I was charged $4 USD ($81.59 MXN) (Screenshot 2). After that, on October 13th I decided to upgrade my VPS resources so that it had 2GB of memory, 4 CPUs and 50GB of storage (Screenshot 3) for a cost of $7.50 USD ($157.50 MXN) (Screenshot 4). The deal, or at least what you had told me was that "The unused portion of your subscription will be credited to your upgraded subscription to cover the first 14 days. The upgraded subscription will charge $7.50 each month starting October 27, 2024 and will continue to be billed until cancelled." (Screenshot 5) Everything was fine until October 27th, they charged me the $7.50 USD as we had agreed (Screenshot 6), but the next payment was supposed to be on November 27th, however, checking my bank account, on November 8th they charged me again $4 USD ($84.80 MXN) (Screenshot 7) even though I am no longer contracting the Mercury plan. I would like those $4 USD that should never have been charged to me to be returned, and I would also like to delete my VPS and cancel my subscription. Krydos Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Yep, you're right. Sorry about that. The original $4.00 subscription didn't get canceled correctly, so we have sent you a full refund. Your subscription has been canceled and you won't be charged again. Thanks for using our VPS service.
