nazsky786 Posted November 9 Posted November 9 Hi, so simply my emails are not being delivered and when i delete some emails they just reappear inside the inbox, I get a let's encrypt error, for mail.gzmoperformance.co.uk but the link to emails is webmail.gzmo... I'm using the outlook app, used the setting suggested in the hestia panel. Just seems to be an issue with the app side retrieve and send, the website direct works fine.

nazsky786 Posted November 10 Author Posted November 10 So to be completely honest I have no idea what SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all these are? with siteground it was just enter the email address and add it. Deleting via webmail works fine, that is how I have to do it. Deleting and sending emails on the outlook app using the imap has issues. Don't think pop3 was an option.

Some needed reading: SPF: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework DKIM: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail DMARC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DMARC

Since you use Cloudflare for DNS, and DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are all DNS records we have no access to your Cloudflare account to set that up for you. Basically all you have to do is use Hestia control panel and copy/paste the values they give you into Cloudflare. https://hestiacp.com/docs/user-guide/mail-domains.html
