HelioHost Posted October 22, 2024 Posted October 22, 2024 Username: ninjasr, Server: Johnny, Main domain: ninjasr.heliohost.orgHello, I have noticed that my website, ninjasr.heliohost.org, is inaccessible from certain IPs. When I try to access it, I get a 404 and, further, it isn't possible to login to Heliohost. This isn't an issue when I'm at home, as I can access everything just fine, but is a problem for visitors (seems like a 50/50 on whether they can access it) and an inconvenience for me, as I frequently leave my house. As I'm not sure what's causing this issue, I would like to kindly request your help. It's possible that I have done something wrong to have caused this (in my own configuration settings), although I'm not at all sure what I may have done. Thank you in advance for your help, Ninjasr
wolstech Posted October 22, 2024 Posted October 22, 2024 Give it 2 hours for apache to restart, and it should be fixed. Your account was not configured on the server to support IPv6, but you had DNS records for IPv6, so devices would try to connect that way if they were capable. If the connection was made over IPv6, you would see a 404 instead.
