juris Posted October 16, 2024 Posted October 16, 2024 Hi everyone, following to my last issue (helionet.org/index/topic/62147-solved-suspended-juriscon/), I can't login anymore. At first I thought it was because of the moving, but I received a mail saying it was over. Since I got resuspended, I could not reconnect anymore. When I am checking my account's status, it says "Unable to login with that username and password." Is there something I can do to activate my account again? thanks! Quote

Sometimes people will bookmark their Plesk server login page and that won't always work properly, so we recommend using only the 2 links above.Β Could you also please let us know what browser you are using, and which type of device (desktop or mobile)? Have you tried clearing your browser cache (https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache)? Are you making sure to type in your password, and not use a password manager extension from your browser (which may have the wrong password saved in there)? I do this a lot by accident so that's why I'm checking... π Also, sometimes people can try to use a different internet connection to see if that makes a difference. For example if you're using your phone on WiFi, maybe try the data connection to login, and see what happens? Quote
juris Posted November 14, 2024 Author Posted November 14, 2024 i am on operaΒ 95.0.4635.90. i've been using this browser for years for my professional emails and for heliohost.Β it does not work on https://heliohost.orgΒ and https://heliohost.org/login for the first time I've just tried to log in on my android phone with google chrome on my usual provider and firefox on my mobile provider. both do not work either.
