[Solved] Request for Account Unsuspension

Hi. I'd like to request the Unsuspension of my account. I recently opened a support ticket, but couldn't access even the new username I created hence opening this new ticket.

The issue was that logged into my Helio account using a proxy/vpn-like app and connected it to FTP. On relogging in the next time, I got an account suspended notice. 

I'd like my account reactivated if possible. It's healthylivingmd.heliohost.us.

The other account obisi has been unsuspended.

You can host more than one site on one account if you want. Do you want us to merge the two accounts together so you have both domains on one account?
