KazVee Posted September 25, 2024 Posted September 25, 2024 SSH access is disabled on the shared hosting accounts for security reasons, and cannot be enabled. It is possible to run jailed shell commands using cron jobs (which are called "scheduled tasks" in Plesk), however. You can read more information about how to do that here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/cron-jobs If you'd like to give us more information about what you're trying to do that you believe you need SSH for, we can try to recommend an alternative to accomplish the same thing without SSH access.
