This user asked in Discord as they hadn't noticed the reply on the forum. I relayed the above guidance to them, but they kept trying to access with their mobile, not sure if they had access to a Desktop system or not.

What resolved it this time for this one specific user was to select the `Desktop site` option inside their version of Chrome on mobile, so I'll mark this thread as [Solved] since the immediate problem is resolved. In experience the `Desktop site` option doesn't always work as expected on all sites, so it's not a great option but I guess it did the trick for now this time. 😄
