The support email does not accept attachments. If it was an image, please upload to an image host and include a link in your email instead.

Also, can you please provide the public IP (both v4 and v6 if applicable) of the computer/network that cannot log into your account? You can view them using a site such as https://whatismyipaddress.com/

We had this happen with another user (Plesk doesn't work and shows an error like this) and the user told us to delete his account before we could figure it out. We think this is an incompatible browser or something running on your PC, as so far we haven't been able to reproduce these errors on our side.

This was the other user: https://helionet.org/index/topic/62247-hh881860/

Can you please try these?

  1. What browser are you using? Do you have browser extensions installed, and if so what are they?
  2. Does Plesk work in an incognito window?
  3. Does Plesk work in a different browser on the same device?
  4. Can you try another device and network entirely (such as a cell phone on its data plan) just to see if it logs in? If so, what happens?

this is the error:

my IPv4 address is currently: 95.234.69.84 (v6 not applicable)

Could you please screenshot the entire browser window including the URL. You can use image editing software like Paint to block out personal information like favorites or bookmarks etc.

@wolstech Are any countries blocked from using the HelioHost service/website?

Iran, Cuba, Syria, and North Korea are banned.

The fact that he's able to get far enough into plesk to see a JavaScript error though tells me that it's not a firewall issue (which would just time out instead). It's more likely to be a browser or network compatibility issue.

P.S.: the only addon on Chromium was uBlock Origin; I tried disabling it, and the problem still persists.

Instead on LibreWolf apparently it works fine even with various addons enabled.

Thanks for the update and for taking the time to test this for us :) Glad to see you got it working.

This is good information, we'll add it to our notes that Ungoogled Chromium is incompatible with Plesk.
