[Solved] Domain Name Needing Changed

I've changed the domain for you. Please note that it can take up to 2 hours to be fully working. If after 2 hours, it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache

In the meantime, please either: 

• Point your domain to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or
• Create an A record and point it to the IP address for the Tommy server. You can see the IP address to use inside Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page.

Hello,

I have updated and pointed my domain towards HelioHost's nameservers right after this message was received (9/19) and as of today (9/23) I am still not seeing my website when attempting the updated domain (rainsplashmedia.com).  When I check the IP address, I only see the HelioHost countdown page, which counts down and then restarts back to 2 hours.

I have cleared my browser's cache. done a DNS check with my updated domain (rainsplashmedia.com), which comes back as not found. I also contacted Hover (Domain register), and they confirmed that ns1 / ns2 heliohost.org are showing as the name servers on their end.

Is there something I am missing here, or is there an issue elsewhere?

Looks like an issue on your registrar's end. There's no NS records being advertised for that domain: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=rainsplashmedia.com&rec=NS

Our name servers are configured for that domain if you specifically query them, so the issue is your registrar's NS records being missing:

Hello,

Following up, I have reupdated and checked the DNS settings with Hover and still we are still experiencing the same issue.  As an A/B test, I took another domain and set it up on a virtual server I have with Ionos, and within 20 minutes, the DNS records were showing updated and I had a the website up and running. Since the backend also uses Plesk, In comparing the HelioHost Plesk settings I noticed that with "rainsplashmedia.com," I wasn't seeing the domain name in comparison to Ionos Plesk. 

I attached screenshots to show what I am seeing as well as the DNS records that I added in Hover.  I am at a loss here with next steps.
