Is it possible to install and use full Python, i.e. with all available and
customized libraries in one of your web hosting plans, Johnny, Tommy or
Morty without having to apply and wait for approval?

There are probably millions of Python modules, so no we don't install all of them by default, but if you request some modules they can be installed for you.

Let me put it in a better way because I was not very clear, I mean the
possibility to install any non-standard Python dependency without having to
request and wait for approval. Avoiding something like what you replied to
this person:

But, if you block certain dependencies on web hosting, even if it is for
technical reasons, and only allow it on VPS, it's unnecessary and it is not
the service I need.

That is not possible on Tommy, Johnny, or Morty, but it is possible on our VPS plans https://heliohost.org/vps/ If we allowed everyone to install any module they wanted without any review or approval process people would likely crash the entire server and cause downtime for everyone.
