On Johnny server, both 3.9 and 3.12 are offered so we also need to know which version you needed the package added to. You can read more about how to request new Python modules here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/python#request-additional-python-modules and the page also gives you a list of all the modules currently installed on both supported versions of Python.
