I request the cancellation of the suspension or the reasons that caused it.

Your account was suspended for High Server Load, usingย 10112.50 CPU.

You mentioned in previous posts that you use WordPress so this is likely the reason that your account exceeded the server load limits. WordPress is probably one of the top 3 reasons people get their account suspended. You can read about options on how to reduce the load that WordPress takes here but it's better advice generally to stop using it.ย 
The Suspension Policyย page contains details on the server load limits enforced on the shared hosting service, and a link to theย load page within your dashboard where you can keep an eye on the load your account is causing, so you can fix issues before a suspension happens.ย 

Checking the history of your account, I see you were alreadyย warned there may be conditions attached to a 3rd unsuspension request, so I will escalate this issue higher up for review.

and then high load again onย 2024-08-14

What have you done so far to reduce your load?

Hello Krydos.

I don't understand the reason for the high server load. I have made some changes to the websites I have published and applied security tools offered by Plesk.

I have published several pages with WordPress that have little content. I am a web design teacher and I use the pages I have published on Helionet only to show them to my students and to serve as an example for them to create their own on servers other than Heliohost.

They have almost no traffic because I use them very little and only as examples. I only install them and occasionally update them to insert some new content, but I usually do it with XAMPP on my computer and then upload them to Helionet.

That's why I don't understand the overload unless they are being hacked and someone other than me is carrying out illegal tasks with my user.

The uploaded pages have few plugins and are not conflictive.

If you could recommend a solution. I would not like to stop using your services as they are very useful to me.

It looks like you have 3 Wordpress installs on your account. Even 1 Wordpress install is enough to easily get some people suspended, so 3 is definitely not recommended. Wordpress is so bloated and causes so much load that we have a wiki page dedicated to how bad it is located atย https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress

In the last month you've had 181.1 MB of bandwidth usage, which isn't much, but given how inefficient Wordpress is you still got suspended. We have several websites that push 100 GB of bandwidth every month and don't even come close to getting suspended because they are running much better software.

I took a look at your access logs, and found that the casa- domain has 16,333 page hits from the IP 51.79.151.106 in the last month. Clearly that is no human.

Some options for you:

  1. Move your Wordpress sites to a VPS which start at $4 per month so your load doesn't slow down other users.
  2. Reset your account back to the default empty state to clean up any potentially hacked or insecure Wordpress installs.
  3. Delete the Wordpress installs yourself and switch to better software.
  4. Convert your sites to static Wordpress sites, which are much faster and cause much less load.

Let us know how you plan to fix your high load.

Ok. After analyzing the alternatives offered to me, I will try to solve the problem by deleting my WordPress installations and then reinstalling them by converting the sites to static WordPress.

But I will need to reactivate my user because it is currently suspended.

Can you please cancel the suspension?
