Can I get remote access for my PostgreSQL database?

Database name: pyepezc1_EnsayoDB
User name: pyepezc1_pabloDB

Remote access enabled. 

host=65.19.154.94
port=5432
username=pyepezc1_pabloDB
dbname=pyepezc1_EnsayoDB
password=<set in Plesk>
