HelioHost Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/AI had a long time ago a web-site named " https://portfoliozervas.heliohost.org" The username was "zerbas" and the email was "teo0123456789@gmail.com" is there still a backup to download ? because you shutdown my account without warning and I lost my site forever thank you in advance -- *?? ????????, ???????? ??????*
Krydos Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 It looks like you created your account on 2018-08-18 and we held on to your backup until 2021-02-09. Back in those days we had very little storage space for active accounts so when we would run low on space we would delete old backups with the assumption that the owner of the data would have downloaded it they wanted during the 3 years that it was available. Now that we have a lot more storage space to work with we obviously try to hold onto backups for longer than 3 years because a surprisingly large number of people don't read our terms of service, and forget to make their own backups like we always encourage them to.
Krydos Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 I also wanted to mention that we didn't shutdown your account without warning. Here are some old news posts that you could have read at the time to find out what was going on with your account: https://helionet.org/index/topic/36440-tommy-downtime/ https://helionet.org/index/topic/36478-questions-and-answers/ https://helionet.org/index/topic/36577-backups-available/ Sometimes hardware fails, but we did everything we could to backup your site, and no data was lost in the crash.
HelioHost Posted August 10, 2024 Author Posted August 10, 2024 So, there is no possibility about the old backup? ?? ????????, ???????? ?????? ???. : 6975770276 ________________________________
Krydos Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 If you downloaded your backup between 2018-08-18 and 2021-02-09, or if you created your own personal backup, then yes. If you didn't do either of the two options, then you'll need to recreate your website from scratch.
