I am writing to seek assistance regarding an error I encounter when trying to log in to my website hosted on HelioHost. *Issue Description:* While attempting to log in, I receive the following error message: *Website Error*It looks like something went wrong. If you try again later it might start working on its own, or you can contact support to let us know that it's broken. Thanks. I have tried refreshing the page and accessing the site at different times, but the error persists. I have also attempted clearing my browser cache and cookies and testing the site in an incognito window without success. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide guidance on resolving it. Please let me know if you require any further information from my side. Thank you for your assistance. wolstech Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 That account was lost in a recent hard disk failure. Please see this News announcement: https://helionet.org/index/topic/61405-johnny-rollback-to-march/ Your account was originally created on May 22, so it was lost in its entirety when the server rolled back to March 8 during recovery. You'll need to either sign up again on Tommy (if you want to create a new account immediately) or wait until Johnny is repaired (you'll have the option to reinvite yourself without waiting for signups to open, but will need to wait a few weeks before its available again).
