[Solved] issue certificate SSL for webmail

Hello !

 

When I try to issue a certificate for the webmail, I'm facing the following error even if webmail is activated :

 

Encountered issues while issuing the certificate for webmail.900m.heliohost.us

Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/383531552427.

Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized
Status: 403
Detail: : Invalid response from https://webmail.900m.heliohost.us/.well-known/acme-challenge/AeRPP9yfu2O1NYGkJyrkCfcobRe7gW1ARMnf9SILWcM: 503

However, when I try to reach webmail.900m.heliohost.us, I reach an error 503.

 

I think this is why I can't issue a certificate.

 

How can I fix this 503 error please?

The 503 is why it won't issue, but I don't know why there's a 503 error on the webmail. Mail service is enabled on that domain and the DNS is correct...

This issue appears to have resolved itself. Webmail is now working on your account and I was able to issue a certificate for webmail on your account when I tried.
