[HH#179861] VPS unreachable

Greetings,

I received an email yesterday that Maintenance was being performed on a hard drive and that certain VPS accounts would not be accessible for at least another two hours. As of today, I am still unable to reach VPS14.

That maintenance is still ongoing. We were unaware of a second required step that would automatically run after the initial maintenance completed. When that process started, it reported an expected total runtime of nearly a full day. As of last update around a half hour ago, the task in question had about 10 hours left on it with an ETA of around 11PM EDT.

Assuming there are no issues or additional tasks after it completes, I would expect things to come up sometime late tonight/overnight (based on a timezone of UTC-4). If additional steps or admin intervention are needed, it may take longer.
