addstickers Posted July 9 Posted July 9 How to access the panel to see what is loading the server and fix it.
Unknown025 Posted July 9 Posted July 9 You were suspended for using over 100 GB of memory. While you can see your load at heliohost.org/dashboard/load, there's currently no way to see exactly what's causing your load to increase. I'll escalate your thread so an administrator can look into it for you.

Hi, You are going to have to wait for an admin to look into this. They are the only ones who can see the reason and unsuspend you. It usually takes no more than 4 hours but less than 24 hours although that can go up if they are really busy. Meanwhile, let's do a pre-unsuspension checkup: Are you running one of the following: WordPress Node WooEcommerce Poorly Programmed Laravel App??? Edited July 9 by Ookma-Kyi
Krydos Posted July 9 Posted July 9 You were suspended 10 days ago and our load system only holds onto load data for 7 days so I can only guess, but it looks like you had a cron job set up to run every minute. That was likely the issue. Do you agree to not run cron jobs as much if we unsuspend you?
