[Solved] Your lack of activity function is broken

Hi, I think your lack of activity function is broken! The proof is the fact that I was building my application yesterday on heliohost.
and today i found it suspended.

It's not broken. You're not suspended for inactivity. The reason is listed as:

I was using node that uses a bash script. it's not suspicious I'm building an automation bash script to keep my account online all the time on a third party website.
I have read the documents and there is no information about shell commands. :( further more I'm completely open to share the source code of it with admins. since I'm not doing anything bad or harmful.

We already discussed this on Discord, but you obviously can't run root shell commands on shared hosting. The VPS come with root access and you can signup at https://heliohost.org/vps/

Ok then disable node all together. I don't know which functions are allowed in node and which are not. You'r the host i respect that. you define what's allowed and what's not. You can disable node app for me. i wont use it but I will still need my account back. because i use php as well.
