Dear Sir,

My account seems to be suspended, I'm not aware about the reason.

Please unsuspend my account.

Multiple accounts for the third time, tarkesh7 and sccart, the same accounts as last time...

Your history here is a bit rocky...

Last time this happened, you denied knowing anything about a second account and claimed it was because you used a shared computer in an cyber cafe.

The same exact thing was detected again the other day (same device seen accessing both accounts in a short period of time), so I actually spent some time on research and discovered you do likely own/manage the second account in violation of the terms of service. Your Wordpress DB on the tarkesh7 account contains a post in which you appear to be listed as the editor-in-chief of Scientific Cart, the service whose site is hosted on the second account. In addition, you previously hosted the scientific cart site on an account called tarkeshw back in the cPanel days that has an email address linking it to your current tarkesh7 account.

I should also remind you of the following:

  • HelioHost has a 3 strikes policy for repeated suspensions for the same issue, especially if there is no constructive effort being made towards resolution...this is your third strike for multiple accounts, and the last time it happened you denied it instead of working to resolve it.
  • Lying to staff can lead to a permanent ban for a single infraction.
  • You can host more than one site on a single account, and accounts can be merged to resolve multiple account issues with no effort on your part.
  • We've previously approved users requesting to have separate personal and business accounts. This would've been an option had you not lied to staff.

Would you care to explain?

I was appointed as editor in chief of SCRJ. If you read my bio you will see I'm an independent scientist.

Secondly, regarding WordPress, it used by tons of websites worldwide and I've already optimized it and checked the load on server, it's way below 20%.

Thirdly, there are similar devices with many people for example you may be having iphone 16 pro max and the same device is owned by thousands of people.

Did you match the imei nos. for concluding uniqueness? No.

Fourthly, I was originally on Tommy server and had donated USD 1 during cpanel, but on plesk i was moved to Jhonny server and Krydos had assured me that it's temporary as the load on tommy 2 is more and will be moved back to tommy 2 soon, but it didn't happened till date, thus your staff lied in black n white.

Did you find the ownership details of scientific-cart.com to claim my relationship with it? No.

So, the suspension of my account is itself a violation of your own policy by claiming a fake relationship without any concrete evidence in support of your say.

So, kindly unsuspend my account as well as the sccart account as I'm editor in chief there and many researchers are dependent on it.

Back in 2020 you hosted Scientific Cart on an account called tarkeshw. The email address is the same as your current tarkesh7 account (same exact email address, but "backup" added to it). https://helionet.org/index/topic/38645-solved-suspended-tarkeshw/#comment-170964 Care to explain why this was done if the site isn't yours?

At minimum, you work for scientific cart by your own admission, and our systems have shown that you definitely log into their hosting account, so you likely run their website for them too (assuming you don't just own scientific cart in its entirety...we cannot prove such ownership).

We often grant requests for 2 accounts when someone runs a business website, but such requests are supposed to be made before you violate the terms of service.

I won't comment on the Tommy account issue other than to say I don't believe anyone in that group was ever moved back to Tommy as we don't have the resources available on Tommy to do so. This may change in the future once Morty becomes available, as a substantial number of Tommy users have expressed interest in moving to Morty.

I will ask you one final time. Please answer these questions completely and truthfully:

  • Do you own or operate Scientific Cart, or manage their website for them?
    • If so, why didn't you just ask for a separate account for the business, or approval to maintain their account for them? It's a common request and is usually approved if asked for in advance.
    • Note that for our purposes, "managing someone else's account" is considered the same as having 2 accounts yourself. Users are not permitted to manage someone else's account with prior approval.
  • If you don't own scientific cart and/or are not responsible for their website, can you explain why their site was previously hosted under an account whose username and email address are nearly identical to your personal tarkesh7 account?
  • Can you explain why you denied accessing the second account back in December and claimed it was a random occurrence in a cybercafé, despite the fact you're affiliated with Scientific Cart by your own admission?
    • The probability of someone else randomly logging into their account from the same cybercafé computer as you is extremely small, especially when you're affiliated with them and they appear to be a very small business.

Kindly provide full and complete backups of tarkesh7 as well as sccart accounts immediately.

Backups are available at https://heliohost.org/backup/ In addition, a link has been sent by email to download the contents of your accounts.

Also, as should already be obvious, HelioHost has chosen not to serve you any longer due to your repeated violations of the terms of service, your dishonesty with respect to maintaining a second account, and your extremely arrogant and disrespectful attitude towards staff when we tried to assist with resolving the issues with your account. This notice serves as a permanent ban from our services, and you will need to find a new host.

Both of the banned hosting accounts will be deleted from our system within 60 days. Backups may remain for a longer period but are not guaranteed and are subject to deletion.
