ninjasr
I tried to access my site and got hit with the high load message. I have no clue what could have caused the high load, so I request some help in figuring out why. And, of course, I request to be unsuspended. If it's relevant, I'm willing to pay for increased storage (as I had been considering it for a while). Additionally, if the problem is something that cannot be solved, then I would, at the very least, like to get an archive of my site.
MoneyBroz
You were suspended for using 10040.50 CPU. an admin can give you more info on what is causing your load to exceed the limits.

Increasing your storage wouldn't solve the high load issue.

Krydos
You were suspended due to high load from PHP. Since you deleted all the files you would know why you were suspended better than me.
ninjasr
I understand what happened even less now. The only files that I deleted recently had no PHP in them at all (HTML, CSS, some pictures). I guess something mysterious happened that I wasn't aware of. Krydos
If you think someone else accessed your account I recommend changing your passwords and doing a malware scan of your computers.
Krydos Posted yesterday at 02:52 PM Share Posted yesterday at 02:52 PM Since you got suspended again right away I took another look at your account. Yesterday when I decided that you deleted all your files it was because I looked in httpdocs which is where Plesk puts your main domain. I didn't realize that you still had an old cPanel transfer account which has your main domain in public_html. The public_html has a wiki installed at the w directory that is getting hammered by spam bots. Here is the number of requests that each IP has made to your wiki. 7980 54.218.130.248 8001 217.113.194.172 8342 217.113.194.167 8345 195.113.118.51 8642 34.220.150.232 9719 217.113.194.173 9738 217.113.194.175 9751 217.113.194.169 11330 217.113.194.162 11749 217.113.194.161 15066 52.25.169.122 22307 47.76.35.19 24910 54.189.117.42 32794 90.180.247.237 96655 54.218.254.11 No human has viewed your wiki 96k times. I recommend doing a full reset to restore your account back to the default settings. The old cPanel accounts have a lot of bugs so we always recommend a reset when someone has an issue with their account. We can make a full backup for you prior to wiping it in case you need something from your old account.
