Dear Admin, don't know why the account was suspended, would like to request to unsuspend. Thank you.

I don't have two accounts. Sometimes I manage my cousin's one (username: capital). Maybe that's the issue?

That one is suspended as well. Would be possible to request both to be unsuspended?

Our terms of service prohibits having more than one account, so you'll need to choose which account you would like unsuspended.

We can unsuspend both, but you'll need to prove there's actually 2 people, and you'd need to agree to never log into your cousin's account again (your cousin would need to manage that himself from his own computer). 

If you're going to manage both websites, it would be better if we merge the accounts and move the domains from his account into your account. You can host more than one site on a single account, and you can even add a second plesk username if you want him to be able to log into it as well. The only consideration here would be that sometimes the sites don't fit, in which case you'd need to purchase more disk space.

Just to give context, he helped me set up this account, so sometimes I assist on his. It's not very often, but happened last month and caused this issue.

I think at the moment it's better to unsuspend both and agree to not login on his account anymore. Don't want to mix things up before properly discussing it.

It's an interesting idea to combine the accounts. If we decide to merge, can we do it in plesk ourselves or there are additional procedures?

For the moment I'll just unsuspend both accounts. Please do not log into his account anymore (or allow him to log into yours). Doing so will result in another suspension.
